What is our cancellation policy?
In the good spirit of minimizing health care costs, we appreciate 24 hour notice of anyone needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We have highly qualified staff members ready to serve you for your allotted appointment time. If some one does not show for their appointment then the overhead cost for that appointment gets passed on to the rest of the schedule. Thank you for your consideration.

What Insurances do we accept?
Although we may not be a “preferred provider” under your insurance policy, we are happy to provide the necessary dental information and file your insurance claims for you. We accept payment directly from the patient for their estimated portion or any balance not paid by the insurance company. We accept cash or personal check as well as visa, master card, and discover. We are also a qualified Indiana Medicaid provider.
